Friday I had the delightful experience of attending the Los Angeles Conscious Life Expo held at the LAX Hilton on West Century Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA.  The air was charged with positive, radiating excitement and happy people.

Attendees anxiously waited in line to select their desired passes for the day.  Spirits were vibrating at high energy levels as they waited patiently to hear people such as:  Debbie Ford; Gregg Braden;Zecharia Sitchin;Susan Miller; Judith Orioff; don Miguel Ruiz; Jean Houston; David Wilcock and Dannion Brinkley, to name a few.

With over 200 exhibitors, 108 free lectures and 63 Keynote workshops; it was a buffet of information, education and regeneration.  Making my selections from all the choices was a daunting task.

My first stop was the Hay House Bookstore area, where I immediately purchased a copy of Dr. Wayne Dyer's movie, "The Shift".  Dr. Dyer left his comfort zone of writing and lecturing and jumped into the world of filmmaking.

With my purchase in hand, I moved into the Longevity and Anti-Aging lecture given by Mony Vital, Ph.D. Dr. Vital was electrifying and energetic as he discussed the benefits of his cutting-edge quantum mechanics technology for energetic evaluations and balancing.  This free presentation offered interesting information regarding our joined energy in the realm of this vast Universe. Dr. Mony Vital is the Author of Ageless Living/Freedom From the Culture of Death.  More information about Dr. Vital can be found at: www.vitalbalancing.com   He will appear at the Bodhi Tree Bookstore on Melrose Ave. on Saturday, February 20th at 3:00 PM.

After attending another lecture by Tresham Gregg on the Cosmic Journey; Adventures in the Happening, I was on my way to the highlight of my evening at the Los Angeles Conscious Life Expo. Amazed by her high energy level, knowledge and speaking abilities, I thoroughly enjoyed
the two hour workshop by: Ms. Sabrina Gibson.  The name of the lecture was: "Generate More Results in Less Time with Social Networking.  Sabrina Gibson is the Author of From Zero to Million Dollar Sales and CEO of Smart and Sticky Marketing.  She is highly acclaimed as a brilliant innovator and marketer.  The workshop was informative, exciting and effective.  Notes in hand, at 10:00 PM, my friend Pam and I left our exciting adventure at the Expo.

The Los Angeles Conscious Life Expo is in town through Sunday, February 14th.  If you don't get to attend this year, try to make it next year.  It is worth the trip to open up to new and positive experiences.
